Dinner + Walk in the City

I was in Seoul in May 2023 and I had the chance to go out for dinner with Mark and a group of people. We ate at a very nice korean place in Insa-dong specialized in fish and meat. After that we all had a pleasant walk in the city till Gwanghwamun Square right in front of the Imperial Palace. During that week there was the Lotus Lantern Festival and lanterns where displaying all over the square. Mark gave us an interesting overview about historical and cultural curiosities about the statue of king Sejong and the origins of this festival.
We all had a good time! Recommended!

Grazie! Yeah, we had a great time. I learned that they had such a nice bbq place in the building. Who would know? I think it was Sandra who found it. You always learn! The lantern festival at Gwanghwamun Plaza was big and very vibrant. Hopefully, we meet again either in Italy or in France.
