Japanese foods are quite popular in Korea. You can find sushi restaurants easily along with donburi (fried pork cutley on top of steamed rice) or donkatsu (fried pork cutlet) restaurants. Today I visited a katsudon restaurant named, Mashi Mashi Donburi in Cheongla. Their foods are high quality and prices are good, too.
I ordered ebi katsudon, rice with shrimp cutlet. Kimchi, pickled radish and bean paste soup are served as self-service unlimited. They also give more rice and specially cooked soy sauce.
My friend ordered, ted don that includes two big prawns, eggplant, unspicy pepper, zucchini and etc.
Let me share the address in case you want to go. It is on the first floor.
