This is an absolutely beautiful place where you can learn the Korean traditional aspects and enjoy the relaxing surroundings away from the hustle and bustle. You can learn and experience the real life of both noblemen’s and peasants’ houses and workshops. You also see the whole farming village, government offices, and village schools. This is the perfect place you can learn about Korean seasonal customs, shamanism, and Confucius that penetrated into Korean culture in the village. In the street, you will encounter improvised events in the street you can participate in. There are also street traditional performances that vary according to each season.

  • My advice is to do both since they both are all located in Yongin. It takes good amount of hours in each place. Have fun!
