I had this for dinner. It was simple. In doenjangjjigae, the white one is top mushrooms. It was a bit thick.
The green was is mustard kimchi. In Korean, we call it gotkimchi. That is pretty bitter but also nutty. That is how I would describe it. You gotta go for it!
My roommate bought it in Yeosu. This is our first time that we buy special kimchi from a special region. Come to think of it, I had two kinds of Kimchi in one meal. In a true sense, I am Kimchiman! 🙂
