I had this for breakfast. Most Korean people have a tendency to eat 3 meals a day with rice, Kimchi, side dishes and soup. The trend has changed so some people simply skip breakfast or have coffee with biscuits. I still have heavy breakfast and for dinner, I tried to have it lightly. This was my fancy meal today with perfect balance in nutrition.

The lush green vegetables on the table is water celery often found in Korea during spring season. It is a bit bitter but very healthy. Simply, you make it with salt, sesame, sesame seed oil, crushed garlic and chopped spring onion.
