I had this for lunch. Most of us are well aware of dumplings and soy bean past soup, Doenjangjjigae. But what about soy bean paste soup with dumplings. That is what my friend made today with some mush rooms in the soup. It was better than I expected. We also had boiled pork with Korea cabbage and Kimchi.

My friend put some top mush rooms, shiitake mushrooms and rice cake. It was super healthy as well as tasty.

 

This is not a typical bowl of steamed rice. I put oats to stay healthy along with white rice.
