This Korean table looks like an ordinary one but a bit different as a matter of fact. The stew is made up of chili pepper, sweet potato stems and potatoes. Of course like most stews in Korea, there are crushed garlic and some more.

What you see as side dishes are mustard kimchi and sweetened shrimps. I also had lotus roots with bell pepper seasoned with citron sauce. How wonderful!!

This was my breakfast. No wonder I miss so much of Korean foods when I go abroad. Korean foods are sometimes felt as medicine!
