I had this for dinner. This is a picture of three fried rice. What on earth is three? Sea (sea cucumber), earth (matsutake), and sky(pheasant). Three could also mean look, smell, and taste. The three ingredients could vary; pork, shrimp, chicken, pheasant, sea cucumber, bamboo shoot, shiitake mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, throat mushrooms, abalone, or cuttlefish. The fresher the ingredients are, the quality of the dish, three fried rice is higher. There is also three friend Jjajangmyeon. Why don’t you try this next time you go to a Chinese restaurant? Of course, these are not in China, but in Korea since these dishes are Korenised Chinese dishes.
