Curry is loved by a number of Koreans. Like most people, I am well-aware of its origin: Nepal and India. There are different types of curry in Asia as Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Japan. Korea has mild kind of curry. So it sometimes feels as rather boring. I often cook Japanese House curry with honey and apple paste. This time my friend and I added Japanese Chick Tikka Masala, Nepali Chicken curry powder. This has stepped up our curry. Look at the pictures and see how beautiful they look as much as the taste was. 🙂
