In the picture above, you see the brown meet and quail eggs along with pepper, which are altogether boiled based on soy sauce. This is called Jangjorim. This is one of the very common side dishes you would eat in Korea. I don’t know in restaurants but if you had a chance to visit your Korean friend’s home, it is highly likely you will come across this.
